President
Chris is President and began a career in sales in 1993, after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Chris and Art Flater formed a business partnership in 2007 and purchased Central Office Systems from five employee owners. Chris and his wife live in Waukesha County, have two adult children, and are members of St William Catholic Church in Waukesha. He is a proponent of Catholic Schools, and served one term on the Board of Directors of Catholic Memorial High School. Outside of work, Chris and his family spend their free time at their cabin in northern Wisconsin kayaking, hiking, swimming, and enjoying all that Wisconsin’s north woods has to offer. He especially enjoys Friday night fish fries and Saturday night prime rib dinners at the many supper clubs in the area.
Fun fact: Chris’ first job out of college was as a sales representative for Central Office Systems.
VP of Sales & Principal
Art is Vice President of Sales and began his career selling copiers in 1986, after graduating from Marquette University. Art and Chris Rosecky formed a business partnership in 2007 and purchased Central Office Systems from 5 employee owners. In 2016 Art and Chris brought on their first IT clients. In 2018 the organization greatly expanded to managed IT services with the purchase of Attivo Technologies. Art lives in Waukesha County with his wife and attends St Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Muskego. He is active in the Metro Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce, COSBE CEO roundtables, Scaleup! Milwaukee, (Art was Business Owner of the Year in 2018/2019) Entrepreneurs Organization, and is the facilitator of the Pewaukee Business Owners Group. Outside of work, you can find Art golfing at Morningstar Golf Club, or fishing near his family home on Washington Island in Door County.
Fun fact: Art worked his way through college as a stand-up comic.
PAUL VENEMAN
VP of Managed Network Services
Paul is Vice President of Technical Service and began his career in IT infrastructure and cabling in 2000 after graduating with a degree in Network Administration and Security from a University in Virginia. Paul holds over a dozen certifications in computers and networking as well as additional certifications from manufacturers like Axis, Exaqvision, Verkada, and Commscope. Paul lives in Western Waukesha County with his wife and very redheaded son. He enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family. Paul specifically enjoys a good Wisconsin Old Fashioned.
Fun Fact: Paul worked his way through college repossessing cars and furniture.
Debbie Arena
Controller at Central Office Systems
Debbie is the Controller and began her career at M & I Bank (Now BMO Bank)in internal audit in 1991, after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Debbie joined Central Office Systems in 2009 at the recommendation of our accounting firm. Debbie resides in West Allis and is a member of Saint Matthias Church in Milwaukee. She has 3 adult children. of work, She enjoys travel, finding and trying new restaurants, hiking, biking and spending time with family.
Fun fact: Debbie makes a great custom cosmopolitan martini.
