Chris is President and began a career in sales in 1993, after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Chris and Art Flater formed a business partnership in 2007 and purchased Central Office Systems from five employee owners. Chris and his wife live in Waukesha County, have two adult children, and are members of St William Catholic Church in Waukesha. He is on the Board of Directors of Catholic Memorial High School. Outside of work, Chris spends as much of his free time at his cabin in St. Germain kayaking, hiking, and enjoying Wisconsin’s north woods.
Fun fact: Chris’ first job out of college was as a sales representative for Central Office Systems.
VP of Sales & Principal
Art is Vice President of Sales and began his career selling copiers in 1986, after graduating from Marquette University. Art and Chris Rosecky formed a business partnership in 2007 and purchased Central Office Systems from 5 employee owners. Art lives in Waukesha County with his wife and three children and attends St Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Muskego. He is active in the Metro Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce CEO roundtables, Scaleup! Milwaukee, (Art was Business Owner of the Year in 2018/2019) and is on the board of directors of the Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, you can find Art golfing at Morningstar Golf Club, or fishing near his family home on Washington Island in Door County.
Fun fact: Art worked his way through college as a stand-up comic.
VP of Technical Services
Andy is the Vice President of Technical Services and began his career servicing copiers in 1984 for Xerox Corporation while attending a junior college in Pasadena TX. His technical experience ranges from the old analogue copiers to servicing 3D printers, along with some IT/network experience. Andy lives in Random Lake in Sheboygan County with his wife and is enjoying their empty nest life. Andy is a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church and the Random Lake Association. Outside of work, Andy enjoys boating, fishing, playing ice hockey and shooting trap.
Fun fact: The first copier Andy ever worked on had a fire extinguisher attached to it because the paper could actually catch on fire as it passed through the machine (it happened numerous times).
Sales Manager & Assistant to the Client
Bob Stachowiak is Central Office Systems’ Sales Manager. He is involved with anything it takes to make the clients happy. He began his career with Central Office Systems in 2010 when his wife decided he shouldn’t just sit around the house and go golfing. Bob had retired for the second time after selling off his interest in a software testing company out of Minneapolis that he had been a partner in for the previous 10 years. Prior to that Bob ran the Sales operations for a WI based company with four locations that collected mail from businesses, added a barcode to them, sorted them to their destinations and presented the mail back to the US Postal Service for delivery. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UW-Milwaukee in Business Administration/Marketing and a minor in Psychology.
VP of Managed Network Services
Christian is the Vice President of Managed Network Services. He began his IT career in 1982 when he created his first video game on a Radio Shack TRS-80 using BASIC. His interest in technology increased exponentially upon his first log on onto the ARPANET in 1983 using a 300 baud coupler modem to play chess with Berkeley professors assigned to the Department of Defense. He is a graduate of the Wisconsin University system with both a B.A. and a B.S., and secured his first Microsoft certification in 1998. In 2000, Christian was appointed the Director of Client Services for a prominent local technology solution provider, and in 2011 went on to start his own company – Attivo Technologies. In October of 2018, he sold Attivo to Central Office Systems and merged his team, his vision, and his zeal for all things technology-related into this new environment – his new home.
VP of Admin & Office Manager
Dawn is the Office Manager/VP of Admin. She obtained her Associates Degree in Accounting in 1989 and acquired a position in the accounting field. In 1992 she became co-owner of an existing plumbing business. She went on to start other multiple companies as co-owner of a general contracting company, commercial and residential rental properties and a tool company. Dawn was part of creating three patents for the tool company. Dawn resides in Waterford, Wi. She has a home on Castle Rock Lake in Adams County where you will find her on most weekends. When not working you will find her enjoying the lake whether on or off the water. Dawn enjoys reading, binge-watching Netflix, amateur chef, concerts, grilling and chilling and spending time with her ADULT children (finally)!
Interesting, unexpected, awesome fact: In 1993 Dawn started racing off-road buggies, which is done on a track that resembles a motocross track. She came in first place on her very first outing!
