Vice President of Managed Network Services
Christian is the Vice President of Managed Network Services. He began his IT career in 1982 when he created his first video game on a Radio Shack TRS-80 using BASIC. His interest in technology increased exponentially upon his first log on onto the ARPANET in 1983 using a 300 baud coupler modem to play chess with Berkeley professors assigned to the Department of Defense. He is a graduate of the Wisconsin University system with both a B.A. and a B.S., and secured his first Microsoft certification in 1998. In 2000, Christian was appointed the Director of Client Services for a prominent local technology solution provider, and in 2011 went on to start his own company – Attivo Technologies. In October of 2018, he sold Attivo to Central Office Systems and merged his team, his vision, and his zeal for all things technology-related into this new environment – his new home.
Christian resides in Walker’s Point with his faithful sidekick (a retired service dog) Raife. He is active in the MMAC COSBE Roundtables, and has held numerous positions on non-profit boards throughout the City of Milwaukee. Most recently he was an officer on the board of directors for The Walker’s Point Association, and he currently runs the Central Office Systems technology donation program. When Christian isn’t acting in his VP capacity, you can be sure to find him in the kitchen cooking up something delicious, possibly touring on his Harley, or even meandering down one of Milwaukee rivers on his boat. He regularly supports the local arts and music scene, and can be found frequenting Wisconsin’s summertime festivals.
Fun fact: With 20+ years’ worth of restaurant experience, Christian is responsible for a number of menu items (both food and beverage) that you’ll find at various locations throughout Milwaukee.
