Knowing that our name is no greater than our service and support, if for any reason our service staff can not repair you digital copier/printer, our guarantee to you is that we will return to our main office with your job, finish it in-house and return it to you at no additional charge.
In May of 1962 M&M Industries was established selling and supporting printing press equipment. Clients included business and professional locations with high volume printing needs. After twenty-three years copy systems Inc. acquired M & M Industries. Copy Systems Inc. was established in June 1984 selling office related equipment such as the printing press, high-speed duplicators and analog copiers. CSI provided high quality service in the State of Delaware and Cecil County, Maryland. CSI had grown five times larger that its original starts with M & M Industries. On February 2, 2001, Digital Office Solutions, Inc. acquired Copy Systems, Inc.
Our technicians are factory trained and up to date on the latest technologies. We have manufacturer support to solve any issues that cannot be taken care of in house. We stock consumable items, and a wide range of high mortality parts, this ensures that all models we service are kept running optimally.
Digital Office Solutions' technicians receive the most extensive dealer training from our manufacturers. Each one is required to pass rigorous classes to maintain certification. In house training is provided as well on an ongoing basis.
All of our technicians are notified via their smart phones of incoming service calls, so there is no delay in responding to your service requests. Our technicians are assigned coverage based on a geographic area. This means you will have a technician responding to you location that is both familiar with your company and the equipment you use.
Each technician has a company vehicle with a stock of parts so they can complete your service call on the first visit.
